2009 awards guidelines

Review the following application guidelines then complete the online application form or download a copy of the application and email it to info@seamlesseventsinc.com. All applicants must fill out an application form in its entirety as it pertains to your category(s).

Application Guidelines

Your program must have LAUNCHED during the dates of January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008.
You must complete the Application Form
Provide high resolution files of all logos
Answer the application questions for your category/s and submit via email any supporting materials.
Supporting Materials will only be accepted via email as a PDF; no additional snail mail items will be accepted. The email should be sent no later than April 3, 2009. Deadline extended until April 10, 2009.
Each submission must have a separate Application Form per award category

*Please do not include any agency(s) identification anywhere in your write up. The judges do not see the agency name so the results are fair and objective.

Displays at Awards Ceremony

If you would like to have your submission displayed at the event, please submit a one page 11x17 summary mounted on a black foam core board that includes your award category, visuals, agency and/or client names. Our event management company will follow-up with you after they receive your application for additional instructions.

Judging

A distinguished panel of judges from MENG has been secured by PAMA. Each judge will have the opportunity to review individual submissions and cast an anonymous vote for each category winners.

Entry Fees

For 2009, the PAMA will waive the entry fee of all submissions for the Marketer of the Year categories.

Event Attendance

We encourage you to purchase your award ceremony ticket(s) early to ensure you and your team is present for the award announcements and presentation.
